General

Q: How do I get my site into the Redux Network?

A: Read our requirements and then fill out the application form. A member of our publisher team will get back to you.

Q: How much and when will I get paid for ads placed on my web site?

A: You will be paid based on a pre-agreed rate per impression or per click. Our rates are above industry standard. Payments are made within 45 days.

Q: Why choose Redux Media over the other ad representation companies?

A: Redux Media leaves the control with its publishers - you decide if you don't want certain ads running on your property through the opt-out feature located in the "Campaign" section of our publisher login. Our CPM payouts are among the highest in the business. We offer reliable payments every 45 days, dedicated publisher managers, up-to-date reporting and free access to our ad management software. For more information on why you're making the right choice with Redux Media, please see our "Publishers >> Benefits" page.

Q: How are websites categorized within the Redux Media ad network?

A: Publisher sites are placed in the most appropriate content category by our publisher managers upon approval to join Redux Media. Publishers are matched by web editorial, advertising and content considerations to ensure they receive ads which relate more closely to their channel.

Q: Where should I place my Redux Media ad unit?

A: Redux Media ad should be placed above the fold whenever possible. To guarantee the best rates and performance for our publishers and advertisers Redux Media strongly urges publishers to limit their ad units to a maximum of 3 per page.

Q: What is a Default Banner?

A: In the event that no paid ad campaigns are available at the time the publisher site makes the request, a "Default Banner" or Redux Media house ad will be shown. Publishers do not earn revenue off house ads so we recommend you implement a Default re-direct.

Q: What is a Default Re-direct?

A: A default re-direct enables web publishers to avoid getting unpaid default ads by redirecting to another ad networks code. This enables publishers to better monetize their ad space. You can also re-direct to your own personal "house" ads if you prefer.

Q: Can I use Redux Media as my default re-direct with other ad networks?

A: Yes. Please contact our publisher managers by emailing publishers@reduxmedia.com and we will send you the code.

Q: Can I control the nature of ads that appear on my property?

A: Absolutely. Redux Media publishers can opt-out of any ads they desire by clicking on the "Take Offline" link in the "Campaign" section of our publisher login.

Q: Can I choose whether I want to run a specific ad or not?

A: Yes. Redux Media believes that the publisher should have the last say in which advertisements run on their site. You may opt out of any ads listed in your publisher account simply by logging into your account and clicking the "Take Offline" link listed within the campaign you wish to disable.

Q: What is a CPM?

A: CPM stands for Cost-Per-Thousand. The online advertising definition of CPM is Cost-Per-Thousand Impressions. The publisher earns a fixed dollar amount each time 1,000 ad views are displayed on their website. For example, a publisher would earn $100.00 if 100,000 ad impressions of an ad campaign paying $1.00 cpm were shown.

Q: What is a CPC?

A: CPC stands for Cost-Per-Click. The publisher earns a flat fee each time ad creative displayed on their site is clicked on.

Q: Does Redux Media accept non-English language publisher sites?

A: Yes. REDUX Media works with sites from around the world in a variety of languages. Our expertise lies in the fact that we can monetize your traffic regardless of its geography, while being able to focus more especially on certain key geographies.

Q: How often are publishers paid for the ad impressions allocated to Redux Media?

A: Publisher payments are net 45. That means Redux Media will issue you a check 45 days after the last day of the month in which your web property accumulates a minimum of $50.00 in net revenue.

Q: What happens in the event that a minimum earning of $50.00 net revenue is not generated in one month?

A: If the publisher fails to generate the minimum required earnings for a payment to be made, their earnings balance will be carried over into the following month until a balance of $50.00 is reached. Once reached, a payment will then be made to publisher as per Redux Media's regular publisher payment schedule.

Q: If I become a Redux Media publisher, is there a contract?

A: No. Redux Media believes if publishers are provided with good service, good quality advertisers and a competitive revenue share there is no need for a contract binding you to use our services.
